And welcome back to another Wednesday Workshop from DealerOn. This week’s tip is short and sweet, cause it’s almost Christmas – we know you’re busy trying to rock the end of the year, so we don’t want to take up too much of your time with this week’s tip.
And speaking of time… This week’s tip is about your holiday hours. You’ve got to make sure you’ve entered your holiday hours in your Google My Business dashboard, so your customers know when you’re gonna be there. You definitely don’t want someone to show up and find out that you’re closed.
Some dealers are closed all weekend, while others just close early. Other dealerships have shorter service department hours – it’s important to let your customers know when you’ll be there over the holidays.
Even if you’re running your standard hours, it’s important to go in and verify your hours in your GMB dashboard, so customers won’t see the “holiday hours may differ” message.
Just log in to your Google My Business dashboard – you’ll see this “confirm holiday hours” info box on the top right. Set your correct hours and confirm, and boom – you’re done!
