Eric Bolster Joins DealerOn as Director of Sales

Today, DealerOn, the leading website provider to car dealers, announces the hiring of Eric Bolster Jr. as their new Director of Sales. Most recently, Bolster worked as an Executive Sales Manager at DealerSocket after the acquisition of DealerFire.

Jeff Clark, DealerOn’s Chief Sales Officer, said, “With such rapid growth, it was clear that DealerOn needed someone with a strong history of demonstrated management and sales skills to help shape our sales team. In his role as Executive Sales Manager, Bolster aided in new hire training and quickly became the team leader in DealerFire product training efforts, as well as competitive analysis, and sales strategy of the product line for most across the DealerSocket sales organization. He was responsible for 31.8% of new business revenue to DealerSocket per the DealerFire product line in just 6 months.

After years of customer service experience at a big box American retailer, Bolster got his start in automotive on the dealership floor. Working his way from a salesman to Internet Sales Manager in both high-line franchise and independent spaces, he transitioned to the vendor side in 2013, joining the DealerFire team as a Regional Sales Manager where he was responsible for 25% of all new business revenue. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, Bolster enjoys golf, good food, and being a father and husband.

Maura D’Este Joins DealerOn’s Regional Sales Executive Team

DealerOn, the leading website and digital marketing provider to car dealerships, announces the hiring of Maura D’Este as a Regional Sales Executive. D’Este joins DealerOn from the automotive division of Century Interactive, where she quickly became a Sales Director. “Maura has a long history of helping dealerships with their digital advertising needs, and growing the businesses she works for, including her own,” said Ali Amirrezvani, Chief Executive Office of DealerOn.

D’Este has over 15 years of experience in automotive print and digital advertising, beginning as an Account Executive at Auto Mart/Cox Communications. While there she generated $1 million in revenue as one of the top 15 sales people. Her experience there led to her role as the Owner/VP of Sales at Car Source, a multi-media company. She was responsible for implementing the concept and launch which helped to make the new company profitable within the first three months and billing $2.3 million by the end of the first year. She was able to use her background and knowledge to then quickly climb the ranks at Century Interactive, being promoted to Sales Director in just 9 months.
