D’Este joins DealerOn from the automotive division of Century Interactive, where she quickly became a Sales Director. “Maura has a long history of helping dealerships with their digital advertising needs, and growing the businesses she works for, including her own,” said Ali Amirrezvani, Chief Executive Office of DealerOn.
D’Este has over 15 years of experience in automotive print and digital advertising, beginning as an Account Executive at Auto Mart/Cox Communications. While there she generated $1 million in revenue as one of the top 15 sales people. Her experience there led to her role as the Owner/VP of Sales at Car Source, a multi-media company. She was responsible for implementing the concept and launch which helped to make the new company profitable within the first three months and billing $2.3 million by the end of the first year. She was able to use her background and knowledge to then quickly climb the ranks at Century Interactive, being promoted to Sales Director in just 9 months.

In her free time, Maura enjoys being active (she and her husband own and operate a Denver area CrossFit gym), especially snowboarding and road biking. She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and works to support breast cancer research.
