Who We Are: Felipe Suarez, Customer Success Manager

What team are you on and what is your role at DealerOn?
I am on the Customer Support Team and work as a Customer Success Manager.

How does your team & role contribute to the success of DealerOn?
Our team serves as the face of the company. Whenever dealerships have any issues with their site, our goal is to find solutions while providing a great support experience, and as an organization we strive to ensure we drive and retain customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Success Manager, I work to ensure the customer is benefiting from the mutual partnership and feels supported with their website needs.

What do you feel separates DealerOn from other players in the space?
DealerOn is an organization and brand that wants to do the right thing. We want to ensure we provide great quality in our products and customer care, and you can see this clearly in how we present ourselves to the world through our websites.

How would you describe your approach to customer success?
In my role, I approach dealerships with empathy and ensuring customers are happy at the end of the day.

There are going to be issues that arise or issues that are sometimes out of our control. But if I approach everyday with a positive attitude then issues can be addressed, and customers can leave with a great experience.

I always try to put myself in the position of the dealership, how I would feel if I were them, and empathize while working to get issues resolved.

What do you enjoy most about working at DealerOn?
I love how helpful everyone is. We have all been new at some point in a role, clueless on what to do, or lost in finding the right teams to help us, and at DealerOn people are open to helping you with any questions or concerns you may have.

If you could go back to your first day at DealerOn and tell yourself anything, what would it be?
I would have asked more questions. There are so many resources and people who are happy to assist that I feel like I would have learned faster by just sending someone a quick question instead of trying to figure them out on my own.

What is a fun fact about you that people don’t know?
I love singing Mariachi music.

What motivates you?
I am motivated by serving God’s Kingdom and trying to do the best work possible for Him in this world.

What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about serving others, whether that is lending a helping hand to someone in need or just listening to their concerns.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy the simple things in life. I love spending time with family and friends, going to church on Sundays, gathering together at the dinner table and having a nice conversation, hiking, or singing in my living room.

If you could have a conversation with anyone from the past, who would it be and what would you discuss?
I would love to have a conversation with my grandfather, who I never met, to learn more about my ancestors. What life was like being a farmer, what were some of their difficulties and happiness during that time.

Who do you find inspiration from today?
Jesus inspires me every day to try to do my best work in the world.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I think it would be awesome to be able to teleport to different areas of the world, to be able to learn about new cultures and experience what life is like in those parts of the world.
