Topgolf Tampa: Tons of Fun & Learning

What can we say? We love Tampa. Last week, our DealerOn Event Series rolled through sunny Florida and rocked out at the Topgolf Tampa. Not to take anything away from our other stops, but the dealers attending last week were fantastic. They were super engaged, really got involved with each of the presenters and, man, they could really swing a golf club!

Our presenters really brought the heat. Bill Wittnmyer from ELEAD1ONE was his usual, charming self. His common sense approach to managing the lifecycle of a lead and properly using a CRM to close is just spot-on. Jonathan McDermott from Google did his thing, dropping the stats on the current auto buyer that all dealers want to know.

Not to be outdone, the DealerOn trio of power speakers didn’t disappoint. Greg Gifford has forgotten more about SEO than most of us will ever know and he really put some great ideas in front of each dealer. Shaun Raines pretty much excels at anything involving a mic, so his presentation about proper SEM is a must-see for any dealer looking to get better at the all-important PPC. And Mike DeVito showed everyone his breakdown of how a well-made, expertly converting website is really the base to everything digital marketing. It was nothing short of illuminating.

There’s only one more stop on our Event tour this year and that’s in Scottsdale, on December 7. We’ll be bringing this back in full force in 2017, but it’ll be after everyone catches their breath from NADA. So, now’s your chance to close the year out right and walk into 2017 with some fresh digital advertising ideas.
