Hello! Today I’m introducing a new product from DealerOn called APEX. APEX is our answer to Digital Retailing. Equipped with everything from stackable rebates to TradePending’s trade-in tool it has everything your customers need to configure a near penny perfect finance or lease payment. All personalized FOR them, BY them – and in the comfort of their own home! It’s one of the best ways to drive the highest-quality engagement and leads for your dealership. 

Let’s take a dive into the product. APEX displays on your website’s SRP, VDP or both – clearly stating the starting price of the offer and the lowest monthly payments based on dealer configured default values. Once the shopper engages with the call to action, the APEX slideout will appear to allow them to begin the personalizing their payments 

Utilizing data directly from the OEM financial lenders, APEX can not only calculate the best possible offer, but also ensure that any rebate or incentive a manufacturer is advertising is available for your customer to select. Every offer comes equipped with stackability rules so that every deal is accurate. While we are currently focused on captive lenders, we are actively working with our partners to include non-captive rates soon as well. 

The customer can select their credit score, modify their down payment, select rebates or incentives, and value their trade-in vehicle all in a few easy steps. As each selection is made, the monthly payment updates in real time. It’s really that simple! 

The last step for the shopper is to fill out the quick form asking for their contact information, zip code, and municipality to allow the final payment to calculate with tax, title and tag fees. The shopper will then see the payment summary on APEX as well as receive an email with the vehicle and payment details.  

No questions, no doubts, no unpleasant surprises. The customer knows almost exactly what they’re going to be paying for the car they want, before even beginning to talk to a salesperson. The dealership gets a valuable detailed lead for a customer that already has a deal in hand, jumpstarting the car-buying process. With APEX, everybody wins.
