Jim Wiseman is a C.P.A. with an impressive 30 years of experience, most recently providing transition and transformation services for private equity firms. These experiences ranged from hundreds of millions to multi-billion dollar multi-national carve-outs from both US and International publicly listed companies. In most of these deals Jim served as CFO before moving to the next new portfolio company.
While the past few years have been spent around the world serving newly acquired companies, Jim is a staple in the Washington DC business community. Jim has served as CFO for various local high-growth endeavors and had senior leadership roles with Discovery, MicroStrategy, LightSquared and Arthur Andersen.
In the past few years Jim was a finalist for Northern Virginia Technology Council CFO of the Year as well as recognized as a Biznow Trending 40: Top Tech CFO.
Jim loves all forms of gaming, in particular video games and board games, including playing with his two sons and attending GenCon every year.
