Since 2003, DealerOn, Inc. has been helping our customers gain the edge they need to drive success through online marketing channels. By leveraging DealerOn’s website design and hosting services, our suite of web tools and professional services, our customers produce higher online lead engagement and conversions. DealerOn was founded by auto industry veterans to provide expertise to automotive dealerships that empowers them to get closer to their customers by harnessing the Internet with the latest web technologies.

DealerOn provides auto dealers with an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior, web analytics, and automotive trends to develop and sustain an online profit center for the long term. Our account management staff is focused on sharing best-practice knowledge to proactively help dealerships spend more time closing deals and less time agonizing over how their online marketing efforts should be managed.

Executive Team


Navid Azadi (Founder / CEO) – Navid is a ten-year veteran of the web and technology industry. His career has included consulting and employment positions with Fortune 500’s: Verizon, HP, and Peugeot. Working with the Internet since its infancy has provided Navid with pervasive knowledge about best practices in website design, optimization, and marketing opportunities for a variety of companies that have gained strategic growth through embracing online opportunities.

Formerly, Navid was the CTO for DealerOn, acting as the chief architect of the technology for four years. As CEO, his focus is on creating and executing the vision DealerOn has for technology advances in the automotive industry. His strong business background coupled with technology expertise positions him to continue to evolve DealerOn’s promise to provide increasing revenue benefits to automotive dealers through web technology advancements.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the prestigious Robert H. Smith School of business at the University of Maryland through its Honor’s program.

His hobbies and interests include golf, travel, visiting museums and galleries, and music. He also has traveled extensively to more than fifteen countries internationally and speaks three languages fluently.

Ali Amirrezvani (President & VP of Marketing) Mr. Amirrezvani brings to DealerOn a eleven year track record of building strong customer relationships and successfully selling to the Web technology market. Prior to founding DealerOn, Amirrezvani served as the Vice President of Sales for CyLynx, Inc. Prior to CyLynx, Amirrezvani served as the director of sales for Digiweb, Inc. where he managed and launched Interliant Media, an advertising system for all of Interliant's Web sites. At Digiweb, he also built a successful retention strategy for web hosting customers and directed all advertising, banner ad, and dedicated hosting sales. Mr. Amirrezvani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Information Sciences from the University of Maryland.

Mark Firoozfar (CTO) - Taking the reigns as CTO in mid 2007, Mark assumed responsibility for charting the technological growth and executing the product evolution for DealerOn. Mark came directly to DealerOn from AOL where he designed and delivered a system of web services that connected AOL Germany, AOL UK, and AOL France, each with millions of billable users to AOL's core billing complex. His prior experience includes long term consulting relationships with Qualcomm, Xerox, Fannie Mae, the US Army and the US Navy. With over 15 years of software engineering and consulting experience in such varied industries, Mark brings a unique blend of technical skill and know-how to the company.

Mark is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has received a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 1994. He currently lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and their young son.
