1. Do I have to choose the whole DealerOn platform?
Absolutely not! DealerOn was designed to be flexible and not a "one-size-fits-all" approach. By working with your Dedicated Account Manager, you will be able to start with the Web Solution and Tools you need now and grow your business as you like.
2. Can I allow particular sites or pages within a site to have Pop-ups?
Of course! DealerOn is flexible enough to accomodate most 3rd party applications. Pop-ups and pop-unders are only activated upon client request.
3. Which browsers do DealerOn sites work with?
DealerOn has been tested and is compatible with all current browser versions including Firefox and Opera.
4. What happens to my E-mail when I switch to DealerOn? Can I elect to keep my current E-mail address?
You can either keep your existing e-mail with your current provider or we can host it for you. Whichever best suits your needs.
5. Can I transfer old E-mail to my new DealerOn account?
Yes you can, but it depends very much on your current provider. We have relationships with several providers in place to make the transition relatively easy, however, we highly recommend that you back up and save all of your old e-mail messages before making the switch.
6. How many E-mail addresses can I have?
Ten (10) email addresses per franchise are included in DealerOn pricing. However, you have the option to purchase additional addresses.
7. Which dealerships have made the switch to DealerOn?
Napleton, Abeloff, Coastal Motorcars, Victory, and DePaula are some of our clients.
8. Is my dealership too small (or large) for DealerOn to handle?
No dealership is too small to merit a comprehensive, interactive website, nor is there a dealer group out there beyond DealerOn's scope to provide serious impact to increasing the revenue growth potential of the Internet.
9. Why should I consider DealerOn? What awards and public recognition has DealerOn received?

10. Who will manage my account when I switch? What kind of service can I expect from DealerOn representatives?
Every new DealerOn client is assigned a Dedicated Account Representative and team; support, technical, and account management. With these in place our clients can count on receiving comprehensive care, beyond what you may have experienced with other vendors.
11. Do I have to rely on my Account Manager to make changes to my DealerOn web site? What kinds of things can I do myself?
You can take your questions and ideas to your Dedicated Account Manager if you wish, as DealerOn was designed to be customer-centric, but you are not obligated to do so. We know that your business needs change quickly and have designed the platform and tools to allow "hands-on" management of many aspects. We incorporated content editing ability into our platform. You can upload images, create new web pages, and have complete control over your online identity, specials, incentives and more.
12. Does DealerOn offer its products in other languages?
DealerOn recognizes that there is a huge Spanish-speaking population in America and we are working hard and fast to cater to these shoppers.
13. What if I'm not ready for a whole new web site? Does DealerOn offer tools to enhance my existing site? If so, how easily integrated are they?

15. Can we keep our current URL if we switch to DealerOn?
Sure! All URLs registered by or switched to DealerOn servers remain the property of the dealership.
